The portal keeps services, requests, documents and invoices together. It supports the relationship; it does not replace the people responsible for your account.
Before go live
The online estimate is the start, not the hand-off.
Once you have reviewed the quote and completed the setup documents, an account manager checks the service address, access, collection partner, collection days, start date and payment readiness.
Collections and fixed-service billing begin only after those checks pass and the account is marked Go Live. You then receive the confirmed service information and customer-portal access.
