Recyclr Group Ltd
Accessibility statement
We want customers and visitors to be able to use the Recyclr website and portals without avoidable barriers.
Our approach
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We work towards clear headings, keyboard access, visible focus, labelled form fields, useful error messages, sufficient colour contrast and layouts that reflow on smaller screens.
This statement is an honest target, not a claim that every part of the current service has completed an independent conformance audit.
Help and reasonable adjustments
If you cannot use part of the website, need information in another format or need a reasonable communication adjustment, email info@recyclrgroup.co.uk or call 07365 997093.
Please tell us the page or task, what went wrong, and the format or adjustment that would help. We will offer a practical alternative while we investigate the barrier.
Current assessment
The public quote journey, legal pages and portal entry pages are being tested across keyboard, mobile, zoom and common screen-reader use. The authenticated CRM contains complex tables, maps and operational workspaces that require continued testing and improvement.
Reporting a problem
Accessibility reports are reviewed alongside product defects. Include the browser, device and any assistive technology used if you are comfortable doing so; that information helps us reproduce the problem.
Statement prepared: 18 October 2026. We will update it when testing identifies a material limitation or a major part of the service changes.
