Cookie and browser-storage notice
The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or audience-tracking analytics. This page lists the storage used when someone asks the website, CRM or a portal to perform a service.
What these technologies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a website in your browser. Local and session storage perform a similar job inside the browser. The rules apply to both, so this notice covers them together.
What we currently use

Sign-in, temporary-password and hosted-payment security storage is essential to the service being requested. Authenticated draft and division entries provide the work-in-progress or interface choice made by the signed-in staff user; they are not used for advertising, profiling or audience measurement. A postcode-coordinate cache used by an older internal map build is no longer persisted and is removed when that page is next opened.
Why there is no cookie banner
The current public website does not use non-essential advertising, profiling or audience-tracking technology, so there is nothing for a visitor to consent to through a banner.
If we add non-essential analytics or advertising in future, it will remain off until the required choice has been made. We will add clear accept, reject and settings controls and update this notice before using it.
Your browser controls
You can inspect, delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Removing sign-in storage will sign you out. Blocking essential storage may prevent the customer, haulier or staff portal from working.
