These terms govern use of www.recyclrgroup.co.uk and its public website features. They do not replace or form the waste collection Service Agreement, Service Schedule, quote or other documents separately issued to and accepted by a customer.

Using the website
You may use the website only lawfully. You must not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape it unreasonably, impersonate another person or submit information you know is false or misleading.
Quotes and estimates
Online prices, availability and estimates are indicative until Recyclr confirms the requested site, waste stream, container, collection frequency, access requirements and haulier coverage. Submitting the website form is a request for a quote or account setup; it does not by itself require us to supply a service or require you to purchase one.
Service contracts
If you proceed, the services, charges, payment terms, start date, responsibilities, cancellation rights and operational conditions will be set out in the quote and contractual documents presented separately for review and acceptance. If these website terms conflict with an accepted Service Agreement concerning the service, the Service Agreement takes priority for that service.
Your information
You are responsible for ensuring information submitted through the website is accurate, current and provided with authority. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of content will always be complete or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw website features where reasonably necessary.
