You may use the website only lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape it unreasonably, impersonate another person or submit information you know is false or misleading.

The current online journey is for business customers. You enter the service address, services, bins, quantities and frequency, then supply the business, contact and timing details needed to prepare an estimate. Before sending it, you can go back and correct any entry. The website is available in English.

Private household enquiries are not accepted through the automated estimate form. Please contact us so that we can confirm whether a suitable service and the required consumer information are available.

Sending the form requests an estimate only. It does not place an order, create a payment obligation or guarantee service availability. If you continue, you can review the full quote and site details before accepting separate contractual documents. Accepted documents and confirmations are provided in a form that can be saved and are retained with the account record.

Website estimates use the active price book and the information entered. Displayed estimate and quote prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Estimates remain subject to checks including service address, waste type, container, frequency, access, collection-partner coverage and requested start date. The formal quote confirms the actual price, VAT treatment, service scope and any other applicable charges before acceptance.

If you proceed, the service description, charges, payment terms, start date, minimum term, responsibilities, notice and cancellation rights, operational conditions and extra charges are set out in the quote and contractual documents presented for review and acceptance. If these website terms conflict with an accepted service agreement concerning the service, the service agreement takes priority for that service.

Nothing in these website terms removes any statutory rights that apply to a private individual or household customer.

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the website is accurate, current and supplied with authority. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy notice.

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of content will always be complete or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw features where reasonably necessary.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

The website, branding, software, design, text and other content are owned by or licensed to Recyclr Group Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the website for your own lawful business or personal enquiry, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Recyclr is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on an unconfirmed website estimate, or for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the public website.
